Dear Diary,

Today was the most 12 day at school! julissa didn't speak to me all day. I running forgot my homework for math class. My new friend cornal isn't talking to me anymore. And to top it all off, I forgot my lunch, so I had to borrow money to buy lunch. I hate borrowing money, I hate forgetting my homework, and I hate it when my friends don't talk to me!love! I hope tomorrow is a better day!

Dear Diary,

Everything was much better today. julissa wasn't mad at me; she was just upset because her parents would not let her go to a party. She was 12 toward everyone. My math teacher said she'd only take one point off my homework because this was the only time I'd ever forgotten anything. She said everyone makes 6 mistakes sometimes. My new friend cornalis talking to me. He was just busy helping out a sick friend. He had to gather all of his friend's homework. My friend who loaned me the money for lunch yesterday said I didn't have to pay him back, because I had loaned him money for lunch a while ago. I hope every day is a good as today!

ss project

My name is Julissa and my story is gonna be about how ancient Greek and the civil war, ancient Greek language, and what happen in Greece.

During the emergency of ancient Greece for it Dark Age; the population seems to have significantly risen, allowing restoration of urbanised culture, and the risen of the city –states (poleis). Such development would have conguently resorted the possibility of organized warfare between statelets. Although it does not necessarily follow that conflict must occur, the fractious nature of ancient Greek society seems to have made this inevitable. Ares was the great Olympian god of war, battleust, civil order and manly courage.

Different variants of the early Greek alphabet suited to local dialects. There were three major dialects in ancient Greece, Aeolic, Doric, and Ionic. Each of these were from different tribes, the Aeolians lived in the island of the Aegean, the Durians, from the Greek coast of Peloponnesus, including Crete, Sparta and other parts of west coast Asia minor. The ancient Greek was the first Europe to read and write with an alphabet, which eventually led to all modern European language.

On March, 12, 1947 president harry s. Truman asked congress to aid Greece to preserve a way of life based upon the will of the majority and distinguished by free institution ,representative government , free elections, guarantees of individual liberty, freedom of speech and religion , and freedom from political oppression. Twenty years later on April, 21, 1967 a small army officer’s seized power in Greece in order to thwart the will of the majority, destroy free institutions, abolish representative government, and prevent free elections.

This is how the Ancient Greek and the civil war happened. This is how the Greek language got discovered. This is what happened in Greece. These are the three things I loved in socialStudies.
